5. Cancellations & Refunds

• If a project is canceled after work has begun, the customer will forfeit the deposit and be responsible for any completed labor, materials ordered, loss of income from other jobs and/or additional costs incurred.

• Providing accurate project details and clear site access.• Provide heat, electricity, water and other basic requirements.
• Obtaining necessary permits, unless otherwise agreed.
• Removing obstructions that may affect work, such as vehicles, furniture, or landscaping.
• Ensuring site conditions are safe before work begins.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional costs or project delays

7. Warranties & Liability

B. Limitation of Liability

• Texas Concrete Solutions’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

• The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, unless otherwise specified in writing.
